TOUR RECOMMENDATIONS

• Closed-toe shoes or sandals with straps, suitable for walking. Sunscreen and insect repellent.
• Reusable water bottle (avoid plastic!).
• Long leggings (recommended for women).
• Prescribed medication (if you have any special medical conditions). Bring a towel and extra clothes to change into after the activity.
